Cards are processed on the first business day of the month and shipped the first business day of the following week. Shipments are released for pick up the following Wednesday after cards have been processed.
Members receive a confirmation email once the order has been processed. You will be sent a second confirmation email with your tracking number when the order has shipped. At this time, we do not have an email advising when the wine is ready for pickup; however, a reminder email will be sent before shipping and release with all important dates and details.
Yes. All shipments containing alcohol require a signature upon delivery from someone over the age of 21.
Yes, but for wine club shipments, we offer a discounted, flat-rate shipping rate which is processed with your club order.
You will have 30 days from release to pick up your wine club allocation. After the 30-day window, you will receive a reminder email allowing you to extend your pickup window or have your wine shipped. After the 30-day extension, you will receive an in-house credit as a digital gift card for the same value as the unclaimed wine. We are unable to hold onto shipments past 60 days.
The wine is returned into inventory and the member will receive an in-house credit in the form of a digital gift card for the same value as the unclaimed wine. We are unable to hold onto shipments past 60 days.
Once members have fulfilled their Wine Club Member commitment, they can request to cancel their membership in person, over the phone, or via email. The member is responsible for any pending shipments that have already been processed before cancellation.
A member can update their Credit Card through their online member account, in person, or over the phone.
Yes. If an active member in good standing refers a friend to join our wine club and is listed on their application as the referral, you will receive a $25-$50 credit to be used the day they join the club. If you are absent when they join, we will email you a digital gift card for the referral.
Yes, you can pick up your wine club allocations at our tasting room within our 60-day window.
All members get two complimentary tastings daily (Member and guest) and 20% off for additional guest tastings. Winemaker’s Select members also receive four complimentary tastings six times per year in our Cellar Room tasting experience (Member + 3 guests and Reservations are required)
Members can enjoy up to 25% off retail wine prices. Members receive promotions and sales throughout the year, birthday and club anniversary specials and exclusive discounts for most members and public events.
